We had the best experience of customer service at Tesla Santa Barbara with Miguel Arana. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, show us the product, took us on a test drive, and spent quite a bit of time with us. Because of this, our Tesla purchase was smooth, fun, and exciting! We love our model Y with FSD. I highly recommend Tesla Santa Barbara and definitely talk to Miguel.

I got the car fully fixed up and it’s officially able to Supercharge again after passing Tesla’s inspection. This included a high-voltage system water intrusion pressure test and an inspection of the bus bar running from the charge inlet down to the battery. They ended up having to drop the battery, which explains the cost, but after seeing how in-depth this inspection actually is, it gave me a lot of confidence in the repair and the long-term health of the pack. I had already been driving the car for about two months with no issues, but I didn’t realize how involved this process really was until I stopped by the service center. This isn’t just lifting the car and checking underneath. it’s a full inspection from the charge system all the way through the battery itself. If anyone asks why Supercharging needs to be re-enabled after a salvage repair, just know there’s a lot more to it than people think. Luis Orozco and Alexander Reginato were outstanding throughout the service. They kept me updated, accommodated my requests no problem. I appreciated that very much, thank you. Miguel in Sales also went out of his way to help me get a ride back home over an hour away, which helped me

The one star is for the service center. To schedule for service, you will have to plan way ahead. I waited 6 weeks for service. I was promised that my car repair would take 2 days but they kept extending the period to 6 days. In addition to the lengthy 6 day wait for the repair (including 2 days weekend and a national holiday), and the high cost of the service, the service advisors lack basic communication skills. If you are buying a Tesla put into consideration the inefficiency of the service staff and technicians. On the other hand the sales staff are friendly. They don't do the hard sale like other ordinary dealers. Sheamus is very friendly

This was a very exciting day for me and my wife. Our car came 2 weeks early. Pulling in looking for our stall number was the most exciting part of our day! Jamie came out to meet us and walked us set up our profiles and walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. He was very patient and pleasant with us. We libe our new car. A customer for life.
